َุง ُูุฑِูุฏُ ูฑَُّููู ُِููุฐِْูุจَ ุนَُููู
ُ ูฑูุฑِّุฌْุณَ ุฃََْูู ูฑْูุจَْูุชِ َُููุทَِّูุฑَُูู
ْ ุชَุทِْููุฑًุง
..Sesungguhnya Allah (perintahkan kamu dengan semuanya itu) hanyalah kerana hendak menghapuskan perkara-perkara yang mencemarkan diri kamu - wahai “AhlulBait” dan hendak membersihkan kamu sebersih-bersihnya (dari segala perkara yang keji). [33:33]
Alim ulama tafsir said, ahlul bait in this ayat means its the people that have blood related with Rasulullah saw. Allah swt intends to purify the ahlul bait.
Thats how special the ahlul bait to Allah swt. The obligatory to being kind with the mukmin is stated in islam, let alone towards the ahlul bait.
Theres a hadith saqlain stated about ahlul bait, Rasulullah saw said,
‘And i leave to you(the ummah) two wasiat/inheritances,(yakni the two heavy inheritances) The Quran - there is guidance and nur in it. so hold on to it. And my ahlul bait. I remind you about my ahlul bait, I remind you about my ahlul bait, I remind you about my ahlul bait.’ - Nabi said it 3 times.
So this hadith seems to be contradicted to another hadith that we always heard, two inheritances of nabi is the quran and sunnah.
This saqlain hadith is a wasiat from nabi for us to use as guidance until kiamat. This hadith is sahih muslim, Tirmidzi, Nasa’i, Musnan Al hakim, Musnad Ahmad ibn hambal, Ibn Kathir. And what about another hadith about the quran and sunnah?
The quran and sunnah as inheritance is not exist in any sahih hadith nor the kutubu sittah - bukhari, muslim, nasa’i, tirmidzi, ibn majah, abu daud. so where it came from?
It stated in kitab mawattuk by Imam malik ibn anas, imam dar hijrah. However, Imam malik stated the hadith with a half narration(not in full), no specific tabiin got it from a specific sahabat. He just put it - from a tabiin and straight from nabi. This hadith is called as hadith mursal - haidth dhoif.
It also statde in musnad ahmad ibn hambal. He stated the two hadith, the quran and ahlul bait, and the quran and sunnah with a personal comment - this sunnah is ‘awkward’. yakni, it is not parallel with knowledgeable perspective. Because the quran is not interactable and also the sunnah. Its somewhat not right.
If its an inheritance, that bring this religion to all over the world, anytime, anywhere, in any culture in specific area all over the world, it must have the HOLDER/INTERPRETER. The quran combine with a holder/interpreter of it to show it to others.
The 2nd thing is, he stated about the inheritance that need to have feelings that can understand culture in a certain place all over the world - china, nusantara, europe, america etc to interpret this religion (the quran and sunnah) to them people in understandable method.
They came to people not to turn them to be arab, no. They interpret and bring islam to people in their own culture and educate them, in a proper way according to the real islam(as suitable in any particular culture, islam is suitable in any culture.)
Now the holder/interpreter IS the one who spread a sunnah in way of life wherever whenever.
so if someone told us to follow the quran and sunnah, we may ask them where did they get it from.
unfortunately, the quran and sunnah that they claimed is from quran and hadith sahih. where did they get it from?
It confirms that it is not from alim ulama muktabar ahlul sunnah wal jamaah. Because the alim ulama muktabar ahlu sunnah wal jamaah from the past until now, they firmly held to this one hadith - the quran and ahlul bait as inheritance. even more if the alim ulama from ahlul bait because in them, Allah swt granted a special ability that has not been given to those non ahlul bait.
Theres a sahih dalil(hadith) from sayyidina ali ra - rasulullah saw didnt give a specific ilm to us except in us(ahlul bait), Allah swt grant a special ability to understand ilm.
So to say that follow the quran and sunnah(is hadihth sahih) is actually a big crime to the ummah. Its not like we totally DECLINE the hadith mursal, no. We have hadith mutawattir - The hadith saqlin, has more than 30 narrators from the tabiin and sahabat. this hadith is stated in lots of book from alim ulama muktabar ahlul sunnah but its seldom to see the hadith mursal in any kitab from ulama ahlul sunnah wal jamaah.
So if a person is honest in his ilm, he will not denying this hadith saqlin. Al quran and sunnah(ahlul bait).
