Fatimah ra asked his father, nabi muhammad saw if there is some khadam/slave to help her with house chores. the her father said, 

‘oh my daughter, read this before you sleep and you will wake up in the morning with freshness/good health’.

i asked one of my teachers why he was always energetic. he said he read these every time before sleep. 

if want to be more accurate, read this in your hands and rub your hand to all over your body. insyaAllah if we sleep at 4am in the morning and wake up 6am, can be fresh and healthy as well if we amal this.
