Q : Whats the ruling upon plastic surgery

A : Depends on the reason. if because of accident or to fix abnormal deficiency, its allowed. but if its has no defect only for beauty, its not allowed/haram. 

for example, she has a normal nose but to make it look prettier she wants to do plastic surgery - its haram/not allowed. 

her nose broke and looks abnormal and she wants to do plastic surgery - its allowed. 

baby born with abnormal lips and his parents want to do plastic surgery on it - its allowed.

her lips is normal yet she wants to do plastic surgery to imitate the trends - its haram/not allowed.
